These Terms of Service (hereinafter: “Terms”) govern the use of the Accounting Plus d.o.o. website (hereinafter: “the site”) and the client portal for document sharing. By accessing the site and using its content, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please stop using the site and the portal.

Through the site we provide information about our accounting, consulting, and project services, as well as the ability to contact us. Through the client portal, registered clients can electronically submit business documentation (invoices, receipts, contracts, etc.).

All accounting and consulting services are governed by a separate agreement entered into with the client. These Terms apply to the use of the website and portal, not to the terms of any individual service provided.

4.1 Access and User Credentials

Access to the client portal is granted solely by Accounting Plus d.o.o. You are required to keep your username and password confidential and not share them with third parties. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your user account.

If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately at: info@accountingplus.hr.

4.2 Document Uploads

Through the portal you may only upload documentation relating to your business that is relevant to the contracted accounting services. It is prohibited to upload:

• content that infringes the copyright or intellectual property rights of third parties,
• malicious software, viruses, or any harmful code,
• false, forged, or altered documents,
• content that is contrary to law, public order, or morality.

We reserve the right to remove, without prior notice, any content that violates these Terms.

4.3 Technical Limitations

The maximum size per file is 10 MB. Accepted formats are: JPG, PNG, WebP, and PDF. We are not responsible for any errors arising from uploading files in an unsupported format or exceeding the permitted size.

All content on this site — text, graphics, logos, design, and code — is the property of Accounting Plus d.o.o. or is used under an appropriate license. Reproduction, distribution, or public display of the site's content without written consent is prohibited.

Information published on the site is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice. For specific advice, always consult a licensed professional or contact us.

We strive to ensure the availability and accuracy of the site and portal, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absence of technical errors. We are not liable for damages arising from temporary unavailability of the service.

The following is prohibited:

• attempting unauthorized access to the system, portal, or data,
• using automated tools to scrape the site's content (web scraping),

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. For any disputes arising from or related to the use of the site, the competent court in Split shall have jurisdiction.
